This project was designed in the form of 10-story twin towers with 120 residential units in Hamila Blvd. The length of the land was north-south in such a way that two towers with almost the same size could be built in the north-south direction and respecting the light privacy of the western neighborhood of the land. The idea of the first design alternative has been formed by inviting nature to the building and in the form of towers with carved corners along with matching terraces. The main core of the building is formed with vertical accesses in the middle of each tower and the units around it. The parking spaces were distributed in two underground floors and other common areas were distributed in the ground floor, minus one and roof floors, and finally, the sports space of the complex is connected in the form of a beating heart and in the form of a suspension bridge in the middle of the two towers
